Support for transport management
The interactive map and calendar view allow the transport manager to set up the shortest and most efficient route plans for the drivers. The system allows several people to enter orders (POs) at the same time. Recorded data sheets contain all the information related to a PO, on which subsequent workflows are based. The status of the containers, the tasks for the current day can be quickly checked thanks to the systematic layout and the easy-to-read icons, making it easy to compile schedules and transfer information among colleagues.
Online communication with drivers
The transport manager and the driver can communicate online through the system, sending the directions (route plan) online, while the drivers can use their smartphones or tablets to report back immediately on the container dropped off or picked up, and record other data required for the delivery note after the work is done. The system alerts the driver on new addresses received or if there is a change in route planning, reducing the possibility of errors.
On-the-road issue of delivery notes
No more lost or illegible delivery notes, as drivers can record them in KOMER on their smartphone or tablet as soon as the transport is over. That means the delivery note is stored digitally, saving a lot of time on paperwork. Using a mobile printer, the driver can issue on the spot receipt to the customer and the receipt is saved digitally in the software.
Interactive map
The system will record the GPS coordinates along with the address of the PO. The map view provides a quick overview of the actual container locations. This makes transport management much quicker and easier, as each container is marked with a specific colour on the map.
Search and tracking of completed work
All processes and elements can be easily tracked in the software, whether it's a transport, driver, delivery note or invoice. Up-to-date management reports can be retrieved, making it faster and more efficient to plan work for the next period.
In addition to the free-text search, you can also filter the orders by complex parameters. With detailed search you can retrieve all the data related to a specific order, such as address, driver, location or date.

Executive summaries and statistics
Immediate reports can be downloaded on revenues, transport numbers, waste landfilled and other important data. The information collected is very diverse and all-encompassing. Container inventory
At any time, you can download an up-to-date list of the containers in stock and their status, including location. You can even click on a container to see its history: when, where, who it was delivered to, by which driver and how much revenue it generated. You can also keep track of the status of containers in our system, so for example, devices that are under repair are listed separately.
PO entry and partners list
Each new PO is created with a unique identifier. The type of order can be a one-off order (individuals and companies) or a regular order (company or local contractor). You can import your partners into KOMER from an Excel spreadsheet. You can fully administer, manage and invoice your partners' POs in our system.
Price list for individuals and corporate partners
You can create a separate default price list for individuals and another one for corporate partners. Each list can be further broken down by waste type. So, as many types of waste are recorded in Komer, a price list can be compiled for as many sections. The default price list can be easily synchronised with multiple partners.
Invoicing
Our system also makes the invoicing process fast, clear and efficient. With a few clicks, you can create and send your invoices. You can add preselectable orders to your invoice items, which can be individually extended with additional invoice items. The system separates individuals and corporate partners, as well as cash and wire transfer transactions. You can issue traditional, paper-based invoices as well as electronic invoices to your partners. With our software, you get a real-time view of your receivables and debts at the click of a button, making debt management more efficient.
Driver accounting and cashier module
Daily cash accounting for drivers is easy to overview and filter. All orders where the driver accepts cash are listed individually by KOMER, making the incoming cash-flow transparent. The daily cash accounting is automated, and the system also keeps track of whether there is any item that the driver has not handed in.
The cash-flow is complemented by a complex cashier module, where you can create multiple cash registers and link them to users with different privileges.
The cash accounted for specific transports goes into the dedicated cash register.
Claims management, restrictive functions, blacklist
The system sends automated reminder emails to customers/clients with outstanding bills. In addition, you can quickly retrieve a list of outstanding invoices, saving time and energy and making receivables management more efficient.
Our system includes restrictive features that prevent further debts from accumulating. Customers and clients using KOMER have no forgotten arrears.
With our blacklist function, you can filter out previously problematic customers without having to keep them in mind.
